The cylinder is provided with a clamping block, a push rod, a limiting block, oil liquid valves and a filtering block, the clamping block is embedded and fixed to the left end of the interior ofthe cylinder, the limiting block is fixed to the inner side of the cylinder, the push rod is arranged in the cylinder, when the oil liquid valves spray oil liquid to the cylinder, the oil liquid spraying and backflow drive a dredging plate to move, the dredging plate is in contact with a filter screen between the oil liquid valves, impurities in small holes in the filter screen are removed, the filter screen is kept to be unblocked, the leakage of the oil liquid valves is reduced, the oil liquid valves are kept to normally spray oil to the interior of the cylinder, the generation of the malfunction of an oil cylinder is generated, when the oil liquid moves and flows back, the oil liquid backflow speed is accelerated by swinging a swinging plate, the impurities generated in the oil liquid are collected, and the situation that the oil liquid flows back due to the fact that the oil liquid is gradually thick during moving and the backflow speed is slowed down is reduced.
