Environmental-friendly full-automatic multi-functional spraying robot
The invention discloses an environmental-friendly full-automatic multi-functional spraying robot which comprises a spraying robot. The spraying robot is formed by a base, a control console, a materialbox, a rotary mechanical arm and a multi-functional spraying plate. The control console and the material box are arranged on the left side of the base; the material box is connected with a pump through a pipeline; a spraying main pipe is connected to the output end of the pump through a pipeline, and is arranged on the top part of the rotary mechanical arm; the bottom part of the rotary mechanical arm is arranged on the right side of the base; a drive rod and a driven rod are movably connected above the rotary mechanical arm; one end of the drive rod is connected with the spraying main pipe;a hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the other end of the drive rod; the power output end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the drive rod; and the driven rod is located under the drive rod and is movably connected with the rotary mechanical arm. The invention designs the robot specially used for spraying a large-area wall, and a drive mechanism is arranged on the bottom part so as to drive the spraying robot to linearly spray along the wall, so that the wall spraying efficiency is greatly improved.
