The invention discloses a rapid installation method of a scaffold wall fastener. The rapid installation method of the scaffold wall fastener comprises the following steps that S1, a preformed hole isreversed during wall body formwork erecting; S2, one end of a threaded brace rod penetrates through the preformed hole and is sleeved with a wall body gasket, and a bolt is screwed onto the end of threaded brace rod; S3, the other end of the threaded brace rod is sleeved with a horizontal steel tube and a steel tube gasket, and then a bolt is screwed onto the end of the threaded brace rod; S4, thebolts on the two sides are tightened towards the middle, the steel tube gasket on one side and the wall body gasket on the other side are pushed by the bolts to conduct inward squeezing, and the horizontal steel tube is made to abut against one side of the wall body; and S5, the horizontal steel tube is connected with a vertical rod of the scaffold through a fastener piece, and then installationis completed. The scaffold wall fastener saves materials, materials are convenient to fetch, and the scaffold wall fastener can be recycled. Compared with a traditional wall fastener, the scaffold wall fastener does not needed an embedded piece, the needed materials are simple and easy to obtain, the bolts are utilized to replace a large number of fasteners, and the material utilization quantity is greatly reduced.
