The invention discloses a ring lock scaffold horizontal rod, a manufacturing method and a ring lock scaffold, the horizontal rod is a circular pipe, and the two ends of the circular pipe are directly machined into connecting joints used for being matched with a disc on a vertical rod; the connecting joint is structurally characterized in that a clamping arc capable of being attached to the radial outer circumferential face of the vertical rod is arranged on the axial opening end face of the circular pipe; the middle groove extends inwards in the axial direction from the axial opening face of the round pipe and can be clamped into the disc on the vertical rod, and the inward extending depth of the middle groove is not smaller than the distance from the radial outer circumferential face of the disc to the radial outer circumferential face of the vertical rod; and a pin hole for fixing the horizontal rod and the disc together through a plug pin is formed in the radial circumferential surface of the circular tube. According to the novel horizontal rod, the use requirement can be met without a lock head, the horizontal rod can be machined through a conventional steel pipe laser pipe cutting machine, and after the horizontal rod is assembled with a vertical rod, enough space is reserved for installation of a diagonal draw bar.
