SCAFFOLD BOARD FASTENER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a worker of existing work space or work passage situated in lower side of a top layer to fasten a scaffold board fastener to a bracket etc without depending on the skill of an expert such as a scaffolding man.SOLUTION: A scaffold board fastener (10) has a mooring hook (20) moored to a horizontal member, a holding rod (30) coordinated over adjacent scaffold boards (7) to seat on the upper surface of the side rim part (71) of the scaffold board, a special shaped bolt (40) extending in a vertical direction penetrated through a gap (G) of the scaffold board and interconnecting the mooring hook and the holding rod and a fastening member (42) screwed into the lower part of the special shaped bolt. The upper end part of the special shaped bolt is fixed to the holding rod and the lower part of the special shaped bolt penetrates through a base part of the hook and the fastening member is screwed into an outer screw of the special shaped bolt at lower side of the base part. The special shaped bolt has a partial loss of area part (49) and has a smaller diameter (T1) than a size of the gap (S0).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鳶工等の専門職の技能に依存することなく、最上層の下側に位置する既存の作業空間又は作業通路の作業者等が最上層作業床の足場板を腕木等に固定する。【解決手段】足場板留め具(10)は、横架材に係留される係留用フック(20)と、隣接する足場板(7)に跨がって足場板の側縁部(71)上面に着座する押えロッド(30)と、足場板の隙間(G)を貫通して上下方向に延び、係留用フック及び押えロッドを相互連結する異形ボルト(40)と、異形ボルトの下部に螺合する締付け部材(42)とを有する。異形ボルトの上端部は押えロッドに固着され、異形ボルトの下部はフックの基部を貫通し、締付け部材は基部の下側で異形ボルトの外螺子に螺合する。異形ボルトは断面欠損部分(49)を有し、隙間の寸法(S0)よりも小さい短径(T1)を有する。【選択図】図2
