The dismantling clearing device comprises a travelling mechanism, a dust removal device, a hydraulic lifting set, a self-balance system and an information processing platform, wherein the travelling mechanism comprises a base, rollers arranged on thebottom of the base and telescopic supporting legs; the dust removal device comprises a cylindrical main body, a clamping mechanism and a cutter; the cylindrical main body comprises a dust removal cover and a supporting platform which are connected into an integer; the clamping mechanism and the cutter are connected to the inner cavity of the cylindrical main body; the hydraulic lifting set is arranged between the travelling mechanism and the dust removal device, and comprises two hydraulic lifters which are vertically arranged along the axis of the base in a spaced mode; the tops of the hydraulic lifters are hinged with a supporting platform of the dust removal device; the self-balance system comprises a pressure sensor and an angle sensor which are arranged on the supporting platform, and a pressure regulating device which is connected to the two hydraulic lifters separately; and the information processing platform is separately connected to the travelling mechanism, the self-balancesystem and the dust removal device.
