The method aims at the problems that an existing vertical supporting structure is difficult to disassemble, clean and transport, a surrounding environment is affected, and potential safety hazards are large. The method includesthe steps that a dismantling, clearing and transporting device is moved to a position where the vertical supporting structure to be dismantled is located in place, a pressure sensor and an angle sensor obtain pressure and inclination angle data of a supporting platform in real time and send the pressure and inclination angle data to an information processing platform, the information processing platform controls the stretching of two hydraulic lifters to adjust the relative height of the two hydraulic lifters, then a dust removal device is made to adapt to the inclination angle of the vertical supporting structure, a clamping mechanism clamps the vertical supporting structure, a cylindrical body wraps the vertical supporting structure, and cutting and dismantling construction is carried out; and the information processing platform controls the two hydraulic elevators to stretch out and draw back again so as to adjust the relative height of the two hydraulic elevators, so that the dustremoval device rotates from a inclined state to a horizontal state, and the dismantled vertical supporting structure is conveyed to a designated clearing and conveying point.
