The invention discloses a mounting structure, a faucet and a water tank assembly. The mounting structure is used for fixing a to-be-mounted object to a thin wall provided with a mounting hole and comprises a mounting base, a limiting piece and a fastening piece, wherein the mounting base is used for being fixedly connected with the to-be-mounted object, when being arranged in the mounting hole, the mounting base is lapped on the front surface of the thin wall, one or more projections with size smaller than the size of the mounting hole exist on a plane, perpendicular to the axis of the mounting hole, of the limiting piece, after the limiting piece penetrates through the mounting hole, part of the entity of the limiting piece faces the back surface of the thin wall, the fastening piece is screwed to the limiting piece or the mounting base from the front surface of the thin wall, and force is applied to the front surface of the thin wall to enable the limiting piece to move towards the thin wall until abutting against the back surface of the thin wall. According to the faucet and the water tank assembly adopting the structure, the faucet can be conveniently mounted on the table boardof a water tank from the front side, and the problem of strenuous operation of mounting the faucet from the lower part of the water tank is solved.
