The invention discloses a mounting structure, a faucet and a water tank assembly. The mounting structure is used for fixedly connecting an object to be mounted to a thin wall provided with a mounting hole, and comprises a mounting base, limiting pieces and a fastening piece; the mounting base is used for being fixedly connected with the object to be mounted; the limiting pieces and the mounting base are provided with at least one projection smaller than the size of the mounting hole on a plane perpendicular to the axis of the mounting hole; after the limiting pieces and the mounting base pass through the mounting hole, parts of entities of the limiting pieces and the mounting base face the surface of the thin wall by position transformation; and the fastening piece is in threaded connection with the mounting base arranged in the mounting hole from the front face of the thin wall and matched with the limiting pieces to clamp the thin wall. According to the faucet and the water tank assembly adopting the structure, the faucet can be conveniently mounted on the table top of a water tank from the front face, so that the problem that the operation of mounting the faucet from the lower part of the water tank is laboursome is solved.
