COMPOSITE FLOOR BOARD HAVING MULTI-FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a multifunctional composite flooring material wherein thermosetting resin impregnated paper is not used on an upper part of a woody layer, and a thick PVC with embossing on a surface is laminated such that impact when a user feels when walking is reduced, and the impact due to slipperiness is reduced. The multifunctional composite flooring material also reduces noise transmitted between the floors and is environmentally friendly; maintenance of the multifunctional composite flooring material is convenient; and the multifunctional composite flooring material has a phase change substance, chaff charcoal, or yellow ocher embedded therein. As such, the multifunctional composite flooring material maximizes a self-leveling function of an indoor temperature and heating efficiency, and has various functionalities helpful to the human body. According to the present invention, the multifunctional composite flooring material comprises: the woody layer located on a lowermost part and formed of plywood; a PVC layer of 0.9-1.2 mm located on an upper part of the woody layer whereon embossing is formed; and a water-soluble adhesive layer attaching the woody layer and the PVC layer.
본 발명은 목질층의 상부에 열경화성 수지 함침지를 사용하지 않고 표면에 엠보싱이 형성된 두꺼운 PVC를 적층시켜 보행시 느끼는 충격을 줄이고 미끄럼으로 인한 충격 완화는 물론 층간소음을 줄이고 친환경적이며 유지관리가 간편하며, 바닥재에 상변화 물질이나 왕겨숯 또는 황토볼을 내장시켜 실내온도의 셀프레벨링은 물론 난방효율을 극대화 하고 인체에 유익한 각종 기능성을 갖는 다기능 복합 바닥재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 다기능 복합 바닥재는, 최하부에 위치하며 합판으로 된 목질층; 상기 목질층의 상부에 위치하며, 표면에 엠보싱이 형성된 0.6∼1.2㎜ 두께의 PVC층; 상기 목질층과 PVC층을 접착시키고 있는 수용성 접착제층을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
