The invention provides a supporting frame rotary jacking. The supporting frame rotary jacking comprises a lead screw, a tray bottom support and a tray cover plate. The lead screw is connected with thetray bottom support in a rotating mode. The tray bottom support comprises a tray bottom support body. The tray cover plate and the tray bottom support body are oppositely arranged, and a clamping space is formed between the tray cover plate and the tray bottom support body. According to the supporting frame rotary jacking, the lead screw and the tray bottom support which are movably connected arearranged, so that the angle of the jacking can be rotationally adjusted, and the applicability of the jacking under a slope-shaped structure is improved. In addition, the clamping space is formed between the tray cover plate and the tray bottom support body, so that the firmness of fixing a steel pipe can be guaranteed, and the situation that the steel pipe slides from a slope is avoided.
