The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses erosion-resistant concrete and a preparation process thereof. The erosion-resistant concrete is prepared from, by weight, 420-460 parts of quartz sand, 230-270 parts of recycled concrete, 60-65 parts of fly ash, 5-10 parts of straw, 6-8 parts of nanometer zinc oxide, 5-8 parts of acrylate, 3-4 parts of 2,2-bisphenolpropane and 4-5 parts of ethanol. The invention has the following advantages and effects: the mixing of acrylate and 2,2-bisphenol propane can reduce the weak interface of the concrete, so interface bonding is firmer, and the impermeability of the concrete can be improved; the particle morphology of the nanometer zinc oxide and the fly ash can play a role in reducing water in the concrete, so theconcrete is denser; and acrylate is dissolved in hot ethanol, and the obtained mixture can improve the compatibility among the components, so the overall performance and the salt corrosion resistanceof the concrete are improved.
