Erosion-resistant concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to erosion-resistant concrete and a preparation process thereof. According to the erosion-resistant concrete prepared by the preparation process of the erosion-resistant concrete, the erosion-resistant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of recycled concrete, 10 to 15 parts of quartz sand, 5 to 8 parts of straw, 3 to 6 parts of fly ash, 1 to 2 parts of acrylic ester, 1 to 2 parts of bisphenol propane, 1 to 2 parts of nano-zinc oxide and 20 to 30 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and stirring the recycled concrete, the quartz sand, the straw and the fly ash; s2, adding acrylic ester, bisphenol propane and nano zinc oxide into S1 and stirring, and obtaining a concrete raw material; s3, pouring concrete raw materials into a mold, performing mold machining, and obtaining a plate-shaped structure through processing; s4, placing the plate-shaped concrete in a pre-curing device, and performing pre-curing treatment on the plate-shaped concrete; and S5, cutting the pre-cured product, and carrying out steam curing treatment to complete the processing of the erosion-resistant concrete.
