Rock plate production process
The invention relates to the technical field of rock plate production, , and concretely relates to a rock plate production process. A rock plate is prepared from, by weight, 150-175 parts of quartz sand, 10-15 parts of ball clay, 5-10 parts of glass powder, 10-12 parts of bentonite and 8-10 parts of additives. By arranging contact mixing between spray water vapor and raw material powder, the purpose of wetting is achieved, and excessive dissolution of the raw material powder caused by excessive water is avoided; meanwhile, by means of pre-drying, convenient and accurate water amount control isachieved, so that a viscous raw material is formed, and shaping is facilitated; and by increasing the height of a spray tower and the number of atomization nozzles, raw material powder is fully atomized and wetted, the powder is scattered, vibrated and fallen down through screening of the filter screen, the wetting efficiency is further improved, and therefore the interiors of particles are fullywetted.
