The invention relates to the technical field of foundations, and particularly relates to a steel pipe pile foundation reinforcement structure. According to the technical scheme, the steel pipe pile foundation reinforcement structure is characterized by comprising a steel pipe pile body and a reinforcement pipe connected to the lower end of the steel pipe pile body, wherein a pressure plate is vertically arranged in the reinforcement pipe in a sliding mode; a fixing ring is arranged below the pressure plate; an elastic piece is connected between the fixing ring and the pressure plate; the bottom of the pressure plate is connected with an adjusting plate through a connecting rod; a first strip-shaped opening is formed in the adjusting plate; a containing groove is formed in the outer wall ofthe reinforcement pipe; anti-pulling rods are hinged into the containing groove; second strip-shaped openings are formed in the anti-pulling rods; and a control rod is connected between the first strip-shaped opening and the second strip-shaped openings. When the adjusting plate moves downwards, the adjusting plate drives the anti-pulling rods to swing out of the containing groove through the control rod, the plurality of anti-pulling rods form anti-pulling barbs, thus the anti-pulling effect of a steel pipe pile can be improved through the steel pipe pile foundation reinforcement structure,and accordingly the stability of the steel pipe pile is improved.
