The invention discloses an underwater steel jacket box connecting structure. The underwater steel jacket box connecting structure comprises a steel jacket box, wherein the steel jacket box comprises acommon steel jacket box and a corner steel jacket box; each of the common steel jacket box and the corner steel jacket box comprises a body; a tenon and a mortise are separately arranged at two endsof the body of the common steel jacket box; a tenon is arranged at one end of the body of the corner steel jacket box; and a mortise is formed in a side surface of the other end of the body of the corner steel jacket box. A connecting method of the underwater steel jacket box connecting structure comprises the following steps of S1, driving the first section of the common steel jacket box by usinga vibrating hammer; S2, connecting the tenons with the mortises; S3, inserting the tenon of the common steel jacket box at a corner into the mortise of the corner steel jacket box; S4, repeating operation in the step S2 or the step S3 until a connected closed fence structure is formed; S5, filling a barrel-shaped woven bag; and S6, removing sundries in the fence structure and draining muddy waterin the fence structure. The underwater steel jacket box connecting structure has the advantages of convenience in mounting and dismounting, high mechanical utilization rate, high integrity and good operability.
