High-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide plastic refractory and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide plastic refractory which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight: 40-60 parts of high-aluminum aggregate, 8-20 parts of silicon carbide, 4-10 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 4-8 parts of a plasticizer and 6-14 parts of a thermal hardening binding agent. The high-aluminum aggregate is prepared fromthe following ingredients, by weight: 35-60 parts of aluminum oxide, 1.2-1.7 parts of iron oxide, 0-2.0 parts of titanium oxide, 0.6-1.0 part of calcium oxide, 0.4-0.8 part of magnesium oxide, 1.2-1.8parts of potassium oxide and 1.8-3.0 parts of sodium oxide. The preparation method of the high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide plastic refractory comprises the following steps:(1), performing burdening; (2), performing mixing; (3), performing compacting; and (4), performing shaping and sealing. The plastic refractory prepared according to the preparation method disclosed bythe invention has the characteristics of strong corrosion resistance, good wear resistance and high wear resistance.
