The invention discloses a high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide coating, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of aluminum oxide, 10 to 18 parts of silicon carbide, 4 to 8 parts of a pigment, 2 to 4 parts of an auxiliary agent, 4 to 10 parts of metal silicon powder, 2 to 6 parts of metal aluminum powder and 3 to 8 parts of a sintering aid. The preparation method of the high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide coating comprises the following steps: (1) dispersing, (2) grinding, and (3) stirring and mixing. The sialon corundum composite silicon carbide coating disclosed by the invention has excellent performances of good thermal stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, andaging, rubbing off and corrosion of the coating in the use process due to insufficient thermal stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance can be reduced, so that the product is convenient to protect, and the attractiveness of the product is convenient to guarantee.
