High-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide castable which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of an aggregate, 25-45parts of industrial Si3N4-SiC powder and 2-15 parts of a matrix powder binding agent. The preparation method of the high-performance sialon corundum composite silicon carbide castable comprises the following steps: (1) preparing raw materials; (2) crushing and grinding the raw materials; (3) primary mixing; (4) preheating; (5) sintering; (6) cooling; (7) secondary mixing; and (8) grinding a finished product. The sialon corundum composite silicon carbide castable disclosed by the invention is low in relative production energy consumption, environment-friendly and energy-saving, and also has thecharacteristics of high strength, good wear resistance, good erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance, thermal shock resistance, small creep deformation, high thermal shock resistance energyand the like.
