The invention provides a construction method of a steel structure factory building color plate and aluminum foil laminated shielding system. The construction method comprises the following steps that(1), a ground shielding subsystem formed by an insulating asphalt layer, a lower shielding net and an upper shielding net is constructed on the ground of a factory building; (2), a steel structure column anchor bolt shielding subsystem formed by an insulating pipe sleeve and an insulating pad is additionally arranged in a factory building steel structure column assembly; (3), a roof shielding subsystem formed by a roof bottom plate, glass fiber heat preservation cotton, two layers of aluminum foils and a roof top plate is constructed in factory building roof construction; (4), a wall surface shielding subsystem formed by an outer wall panel, an inner wall panel, wall surface aluminum foils and a shielding plate is constructed in factory building wall surface construction; and (5), shielding treatment is carried out on wall surfaces, the ground and roof lap joints. Compared with the prior art, the construction cost can be reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
本发明提供一种钢结构厂房彩板与铝箔层叠屏蔽系统施工方法，包括以下步骤：①在厂房地面构建绝缘沥青层、下层屏蔽网和上层屏蔽网构成的地面屏蔽子系统；②在厂房钢构柱组件中加装由绝缘管套和绝缘垫构成的钢构柱锚栓屏蔽子系统；③在厂房屋面施工中构建由屋面底板、玻璃纤维保温棉、2层铝箔以及屋面顶板构成的屋面屏蔽子系统；④在厂房墙面施工中构建由外墙面板、内墙面板、墙面用铝箔、屏蔽板构成的墙面屏蔽子系统；⑤墙面与地面以及屋面搭接处屏蔽处理。较之于现有技术，采用本发明的方法能够降低施工成本，缩短施工周期。
