The invention provides a concrete air entraining agent, and belongs to the technical field of concrete admixtures. The concrete air entraining agent comprises the following components in parts by mass: 70-90 parts of a microbubble agent, 5-10 parts of a stabilizing agent, 3-5 parts of a dispersing agent, 10-20 parts of a thickening agent and 8-15 parts of nano reinforced particles. The invention also provides a preparation method of the concrete air entraining agent. According to the invention, the microbubble agent, the stabilizer, the dispersing agent, the thickening agent and the nano reinforced particles are added into the air entraining agent, so that the gas-liquid interfacial tension under plateau low air pressure is effectively reduced, the flexibility of a bubble liquid film is improved, the overall stability of bubbles is enhanced, and the air entraining performance of the air entraining agent under the plateau low air pressure environment is improved.
