The invention relates to the field of preparation of building materials, in particular to a preparation method of a vinasse synergistic polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The designability of a polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent structure is utilized, an amide polyamine modified acrylate compound is introduced in the synthesis process of the polycarboxylic acid type water reducing agent,water reducing agent molecules with amide polyamine unit structures are more easily adsorbed to the surfaces of cement particles, and the superplasticizer obtains high early fluidity; in addition, electronegative amide polyamine units and sulfonic acid groups can provide repulsive force to increase electrostatic repulsion among cement particles, meanwhile, the amide polyamine units are adsorbed on the surfaces of the cement particles to generate a certain steric hindrance effect, and the dispersity of the cement can be improved through the synergistic effect of the amide polyamine units and the sulfonic acid groups so that the hydration speed of the cement is increased; and the early strength is increased; the early strength type superplasticizer can effectively accelerate the engineeringprogress, shorten the construction period, improve the production efficiency and save the energy consumption.
本发明涉及建筑材料制备领域,具体关于一种酒糟增效聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法;本发明利用聚羧酸型减水剂结构的可设计性,在合成聚羧酸型减水剂的过程中引入一种酰胺多胺改性丙烯酸酯类化合物,具备了酰胺多胺单元结构的减水剂分子更容易吸附到水泥颗粒表面,使减水剂获得较大的早期流动性,另外呈电负性的酰胺多胺单元和磺酸基团能够提供斥力,增加水泥颗粒之间的静电排斥作用,同时酰胺多胺单元吸附在水泥颗粒表面上又会产生一定的空间位阻效应,两者协同作用能提高水泥的分散性,进而加快水泥的水化速度,增大早期强度;本发明的早强型减水剂能有效加快工程进度,缩短工期,提高生产效率,节约能耗。
