The invention discloses a trackless light hanging basket self-walking construction method which comprises the steps that a longitudinal beam carrying pole beam pull rod is dismantled, the dismantled longitudinal beam carrying pole beam pull rod penetrates through a front supporting pad to be connected with a counter-force frame, a first jack of the counter-force frame abuts against the corresponding position of a rear supporting pad, and after a longitudinal beam and the front supporting pad are pulled to integrally move to a preset position, the counter-force frame is connected with the longitudinal beam carrying pole beam pull rod; and the longitudinal beam and the rear supporting pad are anchored, and the longitudinal beam is limited through the front supporting pad until the hanging basket walks to the position meeting the requirement. A front supporting pad and a rear supporting pad are arranged on a main truss longitudinal beam of the hanging basket, and supporting of the hanging basket and walking of the hanging basket can be achieved through the device. The anchor rods can anchor the supporting pads and the longitudinal beams respectively, so that the supporting pads and the longitudinal beams walk safely and reliably, the usage amount of hanging basket walking rail profile steel is reduced, the walking efficiency of the hanging basket is improved, the device is novel and convenient, the safety of hanging basket construction is improved, and the efficiency of bridge construction is improved.
