Grouting waterproof reinforcing system for foundation pit bottom and grouting method thereof
The invention relates to a grouting waterproof reinforcing system for a foundation pit bottom and a grouting method thereof. The grouting waterproof reinforcing system comprises a grouting outer pipe,a grouting inner pipe, a material conveying pipe and a material loading barrel, wherein a drill bit is arranged at the top of the grouting outer pipe; a plurality of holes A are formed in the pipe wall of the grouting outer pipe; the grouting inner pipe is matched with the grouting outer pipe; a plurality of holes B are formed in the pipe wall of the grouting inner pipe; the grouting inner pipe is connected with the material loading barrel through the material conveying pipe; and slurry pressurizing equipment is arranged in the material loading barrel. The grouting method comprises the following steps of: drilling the grouting outer pipe with the drill bit into the ground by utilizing a drilling machine; inserting the grouting inner pipe; adjusting relative positions of the inner pipe andthe outer pipe to align the holes A and the holes B at a position to be grouted; controlling spraying pressure through the pressurizing equipment to spray concrete to form a cylindrical concrete column; carrying out continuous grouting work; and finally, forming a concrete isolation belt after grouting is finished. By adopting the grouting waterproof reinforcing system provided by the invention,the construction convenience and safety can be remarkably improved and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明涉及一种基坑坑底注浆防水加固系统及其注浆方法，包括注浆外管、注浆内管、输料管和装料桶，注浆外管顶部设有钻头，注浆外管管壁上设有多个孔洞A，注浆内管与注浆外管相配合，注浆内管管壁上设有多个孔洞B，注浆内管通过输料管与装料桶相连，装料桶内设有浆料加压设备。注浆方法为利用钻孔机将带有钻头的注浆外管钻入地下，将注浆内管插入，调整内外管相对位置，使将要注浆位置处的孔洞A和孔洞B对齐，通过加压设备控制喷射压力，使喷射混凝土形成圆柱形混凝土柱，连续注浆作业，最终注浆完毕后形成混凝土隔离带。通过本发明注浆防水加固系统可以显著提升施工便利性和安全性，加快施工进度。
