The present invention relates to a grouting device for reinforcing a tunnel and a grouting method using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the grouting device for reinforcing a tunnel, stably filling the inside of a bored hole and a periphery of the same with grout while easily discharging air and underground water in the bored hole during a grouting work, and the grouting method using the same. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, according to the present invention, the grouting device for reinforcing a tunnel comprises: a grouting pipe on which multiple effusion holes and an effusion hole for a packer; multiple spacers dividing an inner space unit of the grouting pipe; multiple injection pipes filling the space unit divided by the spacer with the grout; a shielding member enabling the injected grout to be effused through the effusion hole for a packer by closing an end of the each injection pipe; and the multiple packers attached to an inner wall of the bored hole while expanding.
본 발명은 터널 보강용 그라우팅 장치 및 그것을 이용한 그라우팅 공법에 관한 것으로, 터널 등의 굴착 시 지반 주변을 강화시키고 차수성을 향상시키기 위한 보강공사에 적용되는 그라우팅 장치로 다수 개의 주입관을 포함하는 특정 구조의 강관을 적용하여 그라우팅 작업 시 천공홀 내의 공기 및 지하수 등이 용이하게 외부로 배출되면서 천공홀 내부 및 그 주변에 견고하게 그라우팅재가 채워질 수 있도록 한 터널 보강용 그라우팅 장치 및 그것을 이용한 그라우팅 공법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 터널 보강용 그라우팅 장치는, 지반의 일정 지점에 천공된 천공홀 내에 설치된 후 외부로부터 주입되는 그라우팅재의 분출을 통해 해당 천공홀 주변의 지반을 보강하는 것으로서; 일단이 폐쇄된 일정 길이의 강관으로 이루어져, 그 몸체의 일정 지점에는 내부로 주입되는 그라우팅재의 분출을 위한 다수 개의 분출홀 및 패커용 분출홀이 천공되는 그라우팅관과; 상기 그라우팅관의 내주면 직경과 대응되는 직경의 원통형상으로 이루어져, 상기 그라우팅관의 내부에 고정 설치되어 그라우팅관의 내부 공간부를 분할하는 다수 개의 스페이서와; 상이한 길이를 갖는 각각의 관으로서, 상기 스페이서를 매개로 그라우팅관 내부에 고정 설치되되, 상기 그라우팅관 외부에 설치되는 각 패커와 연통되도록 패커용 분출홀이 천공되어, 상기 패커용 분출홀과 대응되는 패커 및 상기 스페이서로 분할된 해당 공간부 내에 그라우팅재가 채워지도록 하는 다수 개의 주입관과; 각 주입관의 단부를 폐쇄시켜 주입되는 그라우팅재가 패커용 분출홀을 통해 분출되도록 하고, 일정 압력 이상이 가해짐에 따라 개방되면서 주입되는 그라우팅재가 그라우팅관 내부의 분할된 공간부에 채워지도록 하는 차폐부재 및; 상기 스페이서의 설치지점과 대응되는 그라우팅관의 외주면에 각각 설치되어, 대응되는 주입관을 통한 소정 그라우팅재의 분출에 따라 팽창되면서 천공홀 내벽에 밀착되는 다수 개의 패커;를 포함하여 구성된다.
