Underwater concrete pouring system and pouring method thereof
The invention discloses an underwater concrete pouring system and a pouring method thereof. The underwater concrete pouring system comprises a guide pipe main body and further comprises a signal processing terminal, a display alarm terminal and at least three ultrasonic detectors, a pouring guide pipe comprises the guide pipe main body, and the ultrasonic detectors are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of one end of the guide pipe main body; and the signal output ends of the ultrasonic detectors are connected with the signal input end of the signal processing terminal, and the signal output end of the signal processing terminal is connected with the signal input end of the display alarm terminal. The ultrasonic detectors are arranged at the end of the guide pipe main body, when the embedded depth of the guide pipe in concrete is larger than 1000 mm, ultrasonic waves start to work, the guide pipe is controlled to be lifted by the change of a curve on a displayer of a displaying terminal, thus it is guaranteed that the embedded depth of the guide pipe in concrete is always larger than or equal to 1000 mm, the length of the invisible guide pipe main body in concreteis visualized, construction in an experienced mode is avoided, thus pile breaking accidents are avoided, and the quality is controllable.
