Novel viaduct approach bridge prefabricated component
The invention discloses a novel viaduct approach bridge prefabricated component which comprises a concrete pipe pile. A bearing platform is poured at the top end of the concrete pipe pile, an n-shapedsupporting beam is poured in the middle of the top end of the bearing platform, precast concrete box girders are installed at the top end of the n-shaped supporting beam, and positioning bolts are arranged at the two sides of the top end of the n-shaped supporting beam at equal intervals; and positioning nuts are mounted on the outer surfaces of the positioning bolts in a threaded meshing manner,positioning clamping grooves are formed in the positions, close to the positioning bolts, of the two sides of the middle of the top end of the n-shaped supporting beam correspondingly, and positioning screw grooves are formed in the two sides of the bottom end of the inner wall of each positioning clamping groove correspondingly. According to the novel viaduct approach bridge prefabricated component, by using I-shaped connecting plates, connecting clamping blocks and fixing plates, two adjacent precast concrete box girders can be connected, the connecting and assembling difficulty between thetwo adjacent precast concrete box girders can be reduced, the precast concrete box girders can be conveniently and quickly assembled and used, and the construction efficiency of workers can be improved.
