The invention relates to a brick well construction method. The brick well construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a well bottom plate is designed and prefabricated; S2, a well pit is designed and excavated according to the size of the well bottom plate; S3, the well bottom plate is hoisted and fixed in the to-be-installed well pit; and S4, a well body is built on the well bottomplate. According to the brick well construction method, during construction, after the well pit is excavated, the prefabricated well bottom plate can be directly hoisted and fixed in the to-be-installed well pit, then the well body can be built on the well bottom plate on the same day, waiting for solidification of the well bottom plate is not needed, thus the construction time is shortened, theconstruction efficiency is improved, the time of existence of the well pit is shortened, then the probability of accidents is decreased, and the construction safety is improved.
