The invention provides a bubbler. The bubbler comprises a bubbler core and a wrench, wherein a sealing groove is formed in the middle upper part of the bubbler core along the circumferential directionof the bubbler core; a sealing ring matched with the sealing groove is embedded into the sealing groove; a positioning clamp is arranged on the outer side of the middle part of the bubbler core; theupper end of the positioning clamp and the bubbler core are of an integrated connection structure; the lower end of the positioning clamp is suspended; a movable gap is formed between the positioningclamp and the side wall of the bubbler core, so that the lower part of the positioning clamp swings left and right; a sliding table with a limiting opening is arranged at the lower part of the bubblercore along the circumferential direction of the bubbler core; the wrench comprises a wrench body and a limiting sliding block; the limiting sliding block is arranged on the circumference of the upperedge of the wrench body; and the limiting sliding block is matched with the sliding table. The bubbler and a faucet provided by the invention are simple in structure; the technological process and the manufacturing cost are greatly reduced; a small part of improvement is made on the basis of guaranteeing the existing structure of a thin-wall sewer pipe of the faucet; and the bubbler and the faucet are convenient to detach and maintain, wide in application range and long in service cycle.
