The invention provides a bubbler, and relates to the technical field of sanitary products. The bubbler comprises a shell, a foaming core and a rectifying part, wherein the shell is provided with a water flow inlet and a water flow outlet, and a water flow channel is arranged between the water flow inlet and the water flow outlet in an extending mode; the foaming core is provided with at least one jet flow hole in a penetrating mode in the water flow direction, the section of the jet flow hole is gradually increased in the water flow direction, the foaming core is arranged in the water flow channel and used for blocking water flow, and the water flow in the water flow channel is constructed to be sprayed out of the jet flow hole; a rotational flow part is arranged at the water inlet end of the jet flow hole and is provided with a central hole concentric with the jet flow hole and a water inlet groove arranged in the tangential direction of the central hole; and a plurality of rectification hole grids are arranged on the rectifying part and are opposite to the jet flow holes. According to the bubbler and a faucet, therefore, the problems that in the prior art, the bubbler is complex in structure and only has the water flow rectification function are solved. The invention further provides the faucet.
