The invention relates to the technical field of floor heating floors, in particular to an overhead floor heating floor module and an assembling method.The overhead floor heating floor module comprises an overhead layer arranged on the ground, a floor heating layer arranged on the overhead layer and a decorative floor layer arranged on the floor heating layer; the overhead layer comprises a plurality of overhead plates, a plurality of first ground feet and a plurality of second ground feet, the first ground feet and the second ground feet are arranged on the overhead plates and used for supporting the overhead plates and adjusting the vertical height of the overhead plates to the ground, and every two adjacent overhead plates are connected through the corresponding second ground feet; the floor heating layer comprises a heat preservation plate arranged on the overhead plate, a floor heating pipe embedded in the heat preservation plate and a heat conduction layer arranged on the heat preservation plate, the decorative floor layer comprises a plurality of decorative floors arranged on the heat conduction layer, and the adjacent decorative floors are connected in an inserted mode. The downward heat dissipating capacity is high, the decorative floor is difficult to lay, the local part is easy to collapse, and the decorative floor can only be destructively dismantled during maintenance.
