Intelligent prestress regulating and controlling device and cable force regulating and controlling method thereof
The invention discloses an intelligent prestress regulating and controlling device and a cable force regulating and controlling method thereof. The regulating and controlling device is installed at the end of a structure with a stay cable and comprises an external bolt bar, a hydraulic center hole jack, a servo oil pump, a fixing bolt, an adjustable bolt, a center hole pressure sensor, a servo motor, a screwing gear and an intelligent control system. The intelligent prestress regulating and controlling device is installed and connected to the end of the stay cable of an existing large-span building structure, the hydraulic center hole jack is controlled by the intelligent control system to pull the external bolt bar at the end of the stay cable, the adjustable bolt is driven by the servo motor to be screwed in or out, and therefore cable force is intelligently adjusted; the hydraulic center hole jack applies oil pressure only when the cable force is adjusted, no oil pressure exists atordinary times, and therefore oil leakage can be effectively avoided; and the adjustable bolt is screwed in or out under the condition that the adjustable bolt is not stressed, the torque needing to be rotated by the servo motor is small, and the intelligent prestress regulating and controlling device is simple and reliable in overall structure, easy to use and popularize and good in adjusting effect.
本发明公开了一种预应力智能调控装置及其索力调控方法,调控装置安装在具有拉索的结构端部;包括外接螺栓杆、液压穿心千斤顶、伺服油泵、固定螺栓、可调螺栓、穿心式压力传感器、伺服电机、拧动齿轮和智能控制系统;本发明提供的预应力智能调控装置在现有的大跨度建筑结构的拉索端部安装连接,通过智能控制系统控制液压穿心千斤顶拉动拉索端部的外接螺栓杆,通过伺服电机驱动拧进或拧出可调螺栓,实现对索力的智能调整,液压穿心千斤顶只有在索力调整时才施加油压,平时无油压,能够有效避免漏油;拧进拧出可调螺栓均是在可调螺栓不受力情况下进行,需要伺服电机转动的力矩较小,整体结构简单可靠,易于推广使用,调节效果好。
