Intelligent parking method without parking hall based on infrared distance measuring instrument
The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning technologies and intelligent parking robots, and discloses an intelligent parking method without a parking hall based on an infrared distance measuring instrument. The method comprises the steps that a rotatable camera and the infrared distance measuring instrument are arranged in a parking area; a coordinate system is established for theparking area; images and angles of vehicles in the parking area are obtained; a coordinate set possibly occupied by the vehicles in the coordinate system is calculated; the nearby infrared distance measuring instrument is started, the vehicle contours are scanned, the coordinate set corresponding to the vehicle contours in the coordinate system is obtained, and a vehicle model is obtained; according to the vehicle model, the position of a parking robot is determined; the axle distance of the to-be-parked vehicles is obtained through a vehicle axle distance detecting device on the parking robot; the numbers of parking spaces where the to-be-parked vehicles are about to be parked are determined; and the to-be-parked vehicles are carried to the corresponding parking spaces through the parking robot. The vehicles parked at will are carried to the designated parking spaces without the parking hall only through the parking robot under the condition that no parking hall exists.
