The invention discloses parking space automatic distance measuring equipment. The equipment comprises a main body; a warning storage cavity with an upward opening is formed inside the main body; an indicating device is arranged inside the warning storage cavity; a warning lifting cavity is formed in the lower side of the warning storage cavity; a limiting driving cavity is formed in the lower sideof the warning lifting cavity; a limiting connecting cavity is formed in the upper side of the limiting driving cavity; a limiting cavity is formed in the upper side of the limiting connecting cavity; and a limiting device is arranged inside the limiting cavity. According to the parking space automatic distance measuring equipment, when a driver drives a vehicle in a reverse operation, distance warning is carried out to the driver through the distance measuring equipment and a warning device, so that the frequency of accidents during reversing is reduced, the distance measuring equipment canbe prevented from being damaged by the vehicle during the misoperation of a driver; and meanwhile, the situation that when water is accumulated in a garage, the water enters the distance measuring equipment, and the distance measuring equipment cannot work can be prevented, so that the distance measuring equipment is protected, and the service life of the distance measuring equipment is prolonged.
