Method for forming stiff column by planting steel bar reinforcement cage outside cross-shaped steel column pile hole
The invention discloses a method for forming a stiff column by planting a steel bar reinforcement cage outside a cross-shaped steel column pile hole. The method comprises the following steps that a construction site is leveled and hardened; a plurality of measure jigs are erected on the construction site; a cross-shaped steel column is horizontally placed on all the measure jigs; positioning linesare arranged on four flange plates of the cross-shaped steel column to mark the top end and the bottom end of the steel bar reinforcement cage, and the four positioning lines at the top end and the bottom end of the steel bar reinforcement cage are located on the same plane; first positioning pieces are welded to the cross-shaped steel column corresponding to the top end and the bottom end of thesteel bar reinforcement cage; a plurality of first positioning pieces are uniformly welded to the cross-shaped steel column between the top end and the bottom end of the steel bar reinforcement cageto be planted at intervals; the welding positions of all longitudinal bars of the steel bar reinforcement cage to be welded are determined; and the longitudinal bars of the steel bar reinforcement cage are sequentially welded to circular ring plate belts of all the first positioning pieces, then tie bars are bound, then stirrups are bound, and the stiff column is obtained after the stirrups are bound. According to the method, the cross-shaped steel column and the steel bar reinforcement cage can be firmly connected, and transverse deformation is avoided.
