High-performance sialon corundum castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a refractory material, in particular to a high-performance sialon corundum castable and a preparation method thereof. The high-performance sialon corundum castable is preparedfrom the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-90 parts of brown fused alumina, 40-70 parts of corundum, 20-40 parts of aluminum oxide, 40-60 parts of silicon carbide, 5-10 parts of an alkali-resistant agent, 4-12 parts of a binding agent and 2-6 parts of sodium gluconate. The calcium aluminate cement or aluminum phosphate is used as a binding agent, and aluminum oxide and corundum are added as auxiliary materials, so that the strength of the material is improved, the addition amount of water is reduced, the possibility of forming vapor pressure in the drying process of the materialis actually reduced, and the anti-burst performance of the material is improved; sodium gluconate and silicon oxide are added and mixed with other materials such as silicon oxide and brown fused alumina to react with each other, so that the anti-burst performance of the anti-burst material disclosed by the invention is improved.
本发明涉及耐火材料,具体是一种高性能赛隆刚玉浇注料及其制备方法。包括以下重量份的原料:棕刚玉60‑90份、刚玉40‑70份、氧化铝20‑40份、碳化硅40‑60份、抗碱剂5‑10份、结合剂4‑12份、葡萄糖酸钠2‑6份。本发明通过使用铝酸钙水泥或磷酸铝为结合剂,加入氧化铝和刚玉为辅料,不仅增加了其材料的强度,且降低了水的加入量,就实际降低了材料在烘干过程中形成蒸气压的可能性,从而提升本发明的抗爆裂性能;而加入了葡萄糖酸钠与氧化硅,其与氧化硅、棕刚玉等其他物料进行混合,相互之间产生反应,从而提高本发明的抗爆裂性能。
