The vibration oscillation wheel comprises a wheel structure, a vibration assembly and a driving assembly used for driving the wheel structure torotate; the vibration assembly comprises a vibration motor, an intermediate shaft, a vibration excitation shaft I and a vibration excitation shaft II, and the intermediate shaft, the vibration excitation shaft I and the vibration excitation shaft II are all rotationally connected into the wheel structure; the vibration motor is fixed in the wheel structure, one end of the intermediate shaft is connected with the vibration motor, and the other end of the intermediate shaft is connected with a driving gear; the driving gear is externally meshed with a driven gear I connected with the vibration excitation shaft I, and the driving wheel is further externally meshed with a driven gear II connected with the vibration excitation shaft II; the periphery of the vibration excitation shaft I is connected with a fixed eccentric block, and the periphery of the vibration excitation shaft II is connected with a fixed eccentric block and a movable eccentric block; the vibration motor rotates forwardsto drive the wheel structure to be in a vibration mode; and the vibration motor rotates reversely to drive the wheel structure to be in an oscillation mode. According to the device, the working mode of the vibration oscillation wheel can be selected, and the application range of the vibration oscillation wheel is widened.
