Segmental prefabricated assembled steel-concrete composite beam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a segmental prefabricated and assembled steel-concrete composite beam and a construction method thereof. The segmental prefabricated and assembled steel-concrete composite beam comprises a steel beam and a bridge deck, and the steel beam is provided with a plurality of shear connectors in the length direction; plate bottom notches extending along the corresponding steel beams and penetrating through the steel beams are formed in the positions, corresponding to the corresponding shearing force connecting pieces, of the lower portion of the bridge deck slab; plate bottom transverse steel bars are arranged in the plate bottom notches; a plurality of prestressed pipelines are arranged in the bridge deck slab, and the bridge deck slab is connected with another adjacent bridge deck slab by arranging prestressed tendons and corresponding anchorage devices on the prestressed pipelines; a plurality of pouring holes and exhaust holes which are communicated with the plate bottom notches are formed in the bridge deck slabs, and the bridge deck slabs and the two steel beams are fixed through cast-in-place concrete from the corresponding pouring holes. During construction, bridge decks are laid on the steel beams in sequence, prestressed tendons and corresponding anchorage devices are arranged for connection, and then concrete is cast in place in the pouring holes for fixation. According to the invention, the site construction procedure of longitudinal and transverse wet joints between prefabricated slabs in the prior art can be avoided.
本发明公开了节段预制拼装钢混凝土组合梁及其施工方法,包括钢梁和桥面板,钢梁沿长度方向设有多道剪力连接件;桥面板下面对应相应的多道所述剪力连接件均设有沿相应的所述钢梁延伸并贯通的板底槽口;板底槽口内设有板底横向钢筋;所述桥面板内设有多条预应力管道,通过在预应力管道设置预应力筋及相应锚具与相邻的另一所述桥面板连接;桥面板上面均设有多个与所述板底槽口连通的浇筑孔和排气孔,与两根所述钢梁之间均通过从相应的所述浇筑孔现浇混凝土进行固定。施工时,在钢梁依次铺设桥面板并设置预应力筋及相应锚具进行连接,然后在浇筑孔现浇混凝土进行固定。本发明能够避免现有技术中预制板间纵向、横向湿接缝的现场施工工序。
