A light-transmitting plate is inserted into the inserting groove, the top surface of the upper shell body is closed, the outer cylindrical surface of the upper shell body is formed by a light-transmitting material or a light-reflecting material, a guide seat matched with the guide groove is arranged on the inner side surface of the shell of the upper shell body, and the upper shell body and the lower shell body are arranged in a sleeved mode and telescopically slide through the guide seat and the guide groove; the base is fixedly connected with the lower shell body, a lighting circuit and a rechargeable battery connected with the lighting circuit are arranged in the base, and the corresponding lighting lamp extends upwards into the shell. The device is stable in structure and can achieve proportional stretching and retracting to be used and stored.
