Through cooperation of a guide sliding rail, a reciprocating assembly and a hanging ring, an earth ramming plate is arranged on a supporting platform below the reciprocating assembly through a movable hanging rod, multiple sets of auxiliary earth ramming pieces are arranged at the bottom of the supporting platform, the auxiliary earth ramming pieces are connected with the earth ramming plate through traction ropes for linkage control, and the earth ramming plate is driven by the reciprocating assembly circularly to move upwards and then freely fall; a traction rope is driven to control an armature plate and a limiting rod to relieve limitation of a rotating roller, after the earth ramming plate freely falls to a certain height, the rotating roller releases an adjusting lifting rope, and after the earth ramming plate falls to the ground for ramming, a plurality of suspended impact balls fall to the top of the earth ramming plate at the same time to conduct secondary ramming on the earth ramming plate; and the tamping effect of the earth ramming plate on single-time falling of the soil layer is enhanced, and the tamping efficiency is improved.
本发明提出了一种道路施工用夯实装置,属于工程机械技术领域,为了解决现有夯土设备利用夯板对路面土层夯实需要反复夯击,夯实效果不理想而影响整体夯实效率的问题;通过导向滑轨、往复组件和挂环的配合在往复组件下方支持平台上利用移动吊杆设置夯土板,并在支持平台底部设置多组辅助夯土件,辅助夯土件通过牵引绳与夯土板相连进行联动控制,往复组件循环带动夯土板上移后自由落体的同时,驱动牵引绳控制衔铁板和限位杆解除转动辊的限制,实现夯土板自由下落一定高度后转动辊释放调节吊绳,在夯土板掉落地面进行夯击后,使悬置的多个冲击球同时掉落在夯土板顶部对其捶打进行二次夯实,加强夯土板对土层的单次掉落的夯实效果,提高夯实效率。
