Tamping device for road construction
The invention discloses a tamping device for road construction. The tamping device comprises a gantry type device body, a tamping mechanism matched with the gantry type device body for installation and a plurality of groups of balancing weights. A transmission roadway for movable installation of the tamping mechanism is formed in the gantry type device body, and a transmission assembly for drivingthe tamping mechanism to displace is installed at the top of the transmission roadway. The tamping mechanism comprises a butt-joint base plate located at the bottom, the butt-joint base plate is of arectangular plate-shaped structure, inserting limiting rods are installed at the four corners of the upper end face of the butt-joint base plate, a tamping plate is arranged at the bottom end of thebutt-joint base plate, guide embedded rods coaxial with the inserting limiting rods are installed at the four corners of the upper end face of the tamping plate, the guide embedded rods penetrate intothe inserting limiting rods and are matched with the inserting limiting rods through at least two sets of linear bearings, and a plurality of sets of buffer springs are hinged between the tamping plate and the butt-joint base plate. The tamping device for road construction is reasonable in structure, is easy to achieve stable lifting adjustment and use, and reduces the load of driving equipment.
