The invention provides a method for bottom plate pouring using a waste dewatering well as a tumbling barrel. The method comprises the following steps that bottom plate steel bars at the middle upper part of a bottom plate and the waste dewatering well are bound and fixed by binding the bottom plate steel bars; the part, located above the plate top of the bottom plate, of the waste dewatering wellis cut off and removed; the waste dewatering well is cut off according to a preset depth in the bottom plate, the waste dewatering well is cut off at the plate bottom position of the bottom plate, thepipe section, located between the preset depth and the plate top of the bottom plate, of the waste dewatering well is reserved, and the pipe section, located between the preset depth and the plate bottom of the bottom plate, of the waste dewatering well is removed; the pipe section, located at the lower portion, of the waste dewatering well is sealed at the plate bottom position of the bottom plate; a concrete pump pipe extends into the pipe section, located between the preset depth and the plate top of the bottom plate, of the waste dewatering well; and the bottom plate is poured by utilizing the concrete pump pipe in the pipe section, located between the preset depth and the plate top of the bottom plate, of the waste dewatering well, so that the trouble of additionally arranging the tumbling barrel again during later-period concrete pouring is avoided.
