The invention discloses a composite stamping steel plate. The composite stamping steel plate comprises mounting steel plates, wherein a plurality of cambered surface grooves are distributed in the mounting steel plates; a plurality of connecting supporting pieces which extend out of the mounting steel plates and support the adjacent mounting steel plates and fixing pieces for fixing the mounting steel plates to a wall body are further arranged at the edge positions of the mounting steel plates; the highest points of the connecting supporting pieces are flush with the plate surfaces of the mounting steel plates; the fixing pieces are arranged as right-angle bending plates; and one end of each fixing piece is fixedly connected to the corresponding mounting steel plate. According to the composite stamping steel plate, the edge supporting strength of the mounting steel plates can be enhanced, the single supporting fixing piece can support the two mounting steel plates at the same time, theoverall material consumption is low, the weight of the steel plates can be reduced, the weather resistance is good, and the composite stamping steel plate has a relatively high assembly and use prospect. The invention further provides a mounting method of the composite stamping steel plate, and the situation that the mounting effect is affected due to collision interference between the connectingsupporting pieces when the two mounting steel plates are spliced and mounted is avoided.
本发明公开了一种复合冲压钢板,包括安装钢板,所述安装钢板上分布有多个弧面凹槽,所述安装钢板的边缘位置处还设置有多个延伸到安装钢板之外并支撑相邻的安装钢板的连接支撑件和固定安装钢板到墙体上的固定件,所述连接支撑件的最高点与安装钢板的板面平齐,所述固定件设置为直角弯折板,固定件的一端固定连接到安装钢板上,本发明可增强安装钢板的边缘支撑强度,单个支撑固定件可以同时支撑两个安装钢板,整体材料使用较少,也可以降低钢板重量,耐候性好,具备较高的装配使用前景。本发明还提供了一种复合冲压钢板的安装方法,避免两个安装钢板在互相拼接安装时,由于连接支撑件之间发生碰撞干涉,影响安装效果。
