Double-layer bent composite stamping steel plate and mounting method thereof
The invention discloses a double-layer bent composite stamping steel plate. The double-layer bent composite stamping steel plate comprises a mounting steel plate, wherein a plurality of cambered surface grooves are distributed in the mounting steel plate; a plurality of first supporting pieces which extend out of the mounting steel plate and support the mounting steel plate are further arranged atthe edge of the mounting steel plate; and each first supporting piece comprises a first supporting plate which obliquely extends from the side end surface of the mounting steel plate, a second supporting plate which extends from the end, far away from the mounting steel plate, of the first supporting plate, and a first fixing through hole formed in the second supporting plate. The edge supportingstrength of the mounting steel plate is enhanced, the use amount of the whole material is small, the weight of the steel plate can be reduced, the weather resistance is good, and the double-layer bent composite stamping steel plate has a relatively high assembling and using prospect. The invention further provides a mounting method of the double-layer bent composite stamping steel plate. The mounting effect is prevented from being affected by interference caused by collision of the first supporting pieces and second supporting pieces when two mounting steel plates are spliced and mounted.
本发明公开了一种双层弯折型复合冲压钢板,包括安装钢板,安装钢板上分布有多个弧面凹槽,安装钢板的边缘位置处还设置有多个延伸到安装钢板之外并支撑安装钢板的第一支撑件,第一支撑件包括从安装钢板侧方端面处斜向延伸设置的第一支撑板、从第一支撑板的远安装钢板的板端延伸设置处来的第二支撑板,还包括设置在第二支撑板上的第一固定用通孔,增强安装钢板的边缘支撑强度,整体材料使用较少,也可以降低钢板重量,耐候性好,具备较高的装配使用前景。本发明还提供了一种双层弯折型复合冲压钢板的安装方法,避免两个安装钢板在互相拼接安装时,由于第一支撑件、第二支撑件自相发生碰撞导致干涉,影响安装效果。
