Conductive concrete castable and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a conductive asphalt concrete castable and a preparation method thereof. The castable is mainly prepared from composite modified asphalt, mineral aggregate, graphene nanoplatelets, high-purity copper powder and superfine stainless steel fibers. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating the mineral aggregate to 240-260 DEG C, uniformly mixing the heated mineral aggregatewith the composite modified asphalt, adding the high-purity copper powder and the superfine stainless steel fibers, adding the graphene nanoplatelets, and carrying out uniform mixing.The graphene nanoplatelets, the high-purity copper powder and the superfine stainless steel fibers in the conductive asphalt concrete prepared by the method uniformly fill in gaps of the asphalt concrete and tightly wrapped with the asphalt mortar, so the porosity of an asphalt mixture is reduced, and excellent water permeability resistance, low-temperature crack resistance and good following performance with a steel bridge deck are obtained; and various advantages of pouring asphalt concrete and conductive asphalt concrete are integrated into the conductive asphalt concrete castable, so the effect of melting ice and snow can be achieved through electrifying and heating in a low-temperature environment in winter.
本发明公开了一种导电沥青混凝土浇注料及其制备方法,改浇注料主要由复合改性沥青、矿料、石墨烯微片、高纯铜粉、超细不锈钢纤维制成;其制备时先将矿料加热至240~260℃再与复合改性沥青拌合均匀,然后加入高纯铜粉和超细不锈钢纤维,最后加入石墨烯微片拌合均匀即成。由本发明制备形成的导电沥青混凝土内部的石墨烯微片、高纯铜粉、超细不锈钢纤维均匀填充在沥青混凝土缝隙中,紧密的与沥青胶浆包裹在一起,降低了沥青混合料的孔隙率,具有极好的抗渗水性、低温抗裂性以及与钢桥面良好的追随性;本发明兼顾了浇注式沥青混凝土和导电沥青混凝土的多种优点,且能够在冬季低温环境里通电加热起到融化冰雪的效果。
