Construction method for replacing existing railroad bed with railway simply-supported T-beam bridge
The invention relates to a construction method for replacing an existing railroad bed with a railway simply supported T-beam bridge. The method comprises the following specific steps of firstly, supporting a D-shaped auxiliary beam for overhead of an existing line by using a hole digging pile, and constructing a portal frame pier in a damaged roadbed; secondly, converting line overhead, adopting the constructed portal frame pier for supporting the D-shaped auxiliary beam to achieve overhead of the existing line, and assembling a simply-supported T beam on one side of the line; sliding the auxiliary beam of the overhead line together with a line track to the outside of the limit of the opposite side of the line; and finally, sliding the simply supported T-shaped beam to the portal type frame pier through a beam moving trolley and a beam moving slideway in a skylight point, installing a support, and changing the existing railroad bed into a railroad bridge. The road-modified bridge is simple in structural design and construction method, operation of an existing railway is not interrupted in the construction process, the bridge obtained after the roadbed is modified has high strength,rigidity and stability, roadbed diseases can be thoroughly cured, the operation requirement of the existing railway in the construction period is met, and interference of construction on railway operation is reduced.
本发明涉及既有铁路路基置换为铁路简支T梁桥的施工方法,具体方法为:首先采用挖孔桩支撑D型便梁架空既有线路,在病害路基中构建门式框架桥墩;其次转换线路架空,利用已构建完成的门式框架桥墩支撑D型便梁架空既有线路,并在线路一侧组装简支T梁;再次将架空线路的便梁连同线路轨道一起滑移至线路对侧限界外;最后在天窗点内通过移梁小车和移梁滑道将简支T梁滑移至门式框架桥墩并安设支座,将既有铁路路基改换为铁路桥梁。本发明的路改桥结构设计和施工方法简单,施工过程中不中断既有铁路的运营,路基改桥后的桥梁具有很好的强度、刚度和稳定性,能够彻底根治路基病害,既满足了施工期间既有铁路运营需要,又减少了施工对铁路运营的干扰。
