Railway four-line large-span bridge simply supported beam and construction method
The invention discloses a simply supported beam for a four-line large-span bridge of a railway and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps: reinforcing a foundation and erecting a bracket; erecting a template; pouring a beam body; the prestress system is tensioned; inclined supporting rods are installed; the formwork and the support are removed, and the next span is constructed; the structure comprises a bottom plate, a top plate, inner webs, side webs and a plurality of inclined supporting rods, the top ends of the inner webs are connected with the bottom central axis of the top plate, the bottom ends of the inner webs are connected with the top central axis of the bottom plate, the two side webs are perpendicularly arranged on the two sides of the bottom plate respectively, and the top ends of the side webs are connected with the bottom of the top plate; one end of the inclined supporting rod is obliquely supported on the outer side of the side web plate, and the other end of the inclined supporting rod extends outwards to the bottom of the top plate and is connected with the top plate. Compared with a traditional simply supported beam, the simply supported beam poured through the method has the advantages that the span can be increased to 60 m, the bridge deck width can be increased to 22.8 m, and therefore the simply supported beam can be applied to railway bridge construction with the larger span, and the advantage that the construction cost is low is shown.
本发明公开了一种铁路四线大跨度桥简支梁及施工方法,方法如下:加固地基,搭设支架;搭设模板;浇筑梁体;张拉预应力体系;安装斜撑杆;拆除模板及支架并施工下一跨;结构包括底板、顶板、内腹板、侧腹板和若干斜撑杆,内腹板的顶端与顶板底中轴线连接,内腹板的底端与底板顶中轴线连接,两道侧腹板分别垂直设置于所述底板的两侧,且侧腹板的顶端与顶板底连接;斜撑杆的一端倾斜支撑于所述侧腹板外侧,且斜撑杆的另一端向外延伸至顶板底并与顶板连接。通过上述方法浇筑成的简支梁相较于传统简支梁,可将跨度增大至60m,桥面宽度增大至22.8m,从而使得简支梁能够应用至更大跨度的铁路桥施工中,展现其施工成本低的优势。
