Transverse reinforcement construction method for simply supported double T-shaped beams of existing railway bridge
The invention discloses a transverse reinforcement construction method for simply-supported double T-beams of an existing railway bridge. The transverse reinforcement construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a scaffold is erected, specifically, a construction platform is erected on the lower portion of a beam body through a full-length working scaffold; s2, steel bar detection and positioning drilling: marking out longitudinal and transverse lines by using an ink line or a ruler on a steel bar planting plane position, taking the intersection point of the longitudinal and transverse lines as a steel bar planting position, detecting the position of a steel bar in the structure, and then drilling by using an electric hammer; s3, hole wall cleaning and steel bar implanting: after drilling, hole depth and hole diameter are checked, dust in holes is blown out by an air compressor after the hole depth and hole diameter are qualified, then the holes are cleaned by clean water, the holes are blown by compressed air again after cleaning, the operation is repeated for 3-5 times until no dust and chippings exist in the holes, then the holes are temporarily closed after being dried, and then the holes are formed; then, the treated steel bars are implanted into the holes, and structural adhesives are injected into the holes after implantation is completed; the method has the advantages of being simple in process, small in single-hole reinforcement work amount and high in construction speed.
本发明公开了既有铁路桥简支双T梁横向加固施工工法,包括如下步骤:S1脚手架搭设:在梁体下部使用通长的工作脚手架搭设施工平台;S2钢筋探测及定位钻孔:在植筋的平面位置上,用墨线或直尺划出纵横线,纵横线交点作为植筋位,探测结构内部钢筋位置,然后采用电锤进行钻孔;S3孔壁清理植入钢筋:钻孔后检查孔深和孔径,孔深和孔径合格后将孔内粉尘用空气压缩机吹出,然后用清水清洗孔眼,清洗再次用压缩空气吹孔,应反复进行3∽5次,直至孔内无灰尘碎屑,然后等待其干燥,干燥后将孔口临时封闭,然后将处理好的钢筋,植入孔内,植入完毕后向孔内注入结构胶;具有工艺简单,单孔加固工程量较少,施工速度快的特点。
