Building material composite admixture produced by solid waste modification
The invention relates to a method for producing a building material composite admixture by utilizing solid waste modification. The method is used for modifying substances influencing the stability andthe working performance of a building material product in solid wastes into beneficial substances, promoting the improvement of the product quality, reducing the production cost and improving the utilization efficiency of the solid wastes. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) testing the quantity of reactants in the solid wastes; (2) measuring mixing ratios of effective reaction substances in the various solid wastes; (3) carrying out wet grinding and refining on the reactants in the solid wastes, and carrying out water dissolution assay; (4) determining whether harmful substancesto a product exist in the solid wastes or not; (5) modifying a solid waste complex by using special equipment to release unstable substances in the reactants, so as to make the reactants in the solidwastes completely participate in hydration reaction; (6) releasing and dissolving the reactants in the solid waste complex to generate gelling property and form a silicate product; (7) measuring thedosage of a novel solid waste modified building material additive in product production; (8) curing the reactants in the product through special equipment; (9) carrying out product molding by using aspecial mold; and (10) carrying out hydration heat seal reaction on the product by using special equipment to form an artificial stone structure.
