Glue-free gypsum and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses glue-free gypsum, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300-500 parts of phosphogypsum, 500-700 parts of heavy calcium carbonate stone powder,1-5 parts of gypsum retarder, 2-8 parts of cellulose and 0.5-1.5 parts of thixotropic lubricant. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding phosphogypsum into a crusher for crushing, drying, dehydrating and sieving to obtain a first mixed material; (2) adding the first mixed material, ground calcium carbonate stone powder and a gypsum retarder into a mixer, and stirring for 20-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 600-800 r/min to obtain a second mixed material; and (3) adding cellulose and a thixotropic lubricant into the second mixed material, and stirring for 30-40 minutes at the rotating speed of 700-900 r/min to obtain the glue-free gypsum. The formula is reasonable, the preparation method is simple and feasible, the prepared glue-free gypsum is light in weight, the weight of a building is effectively reduced, the anti-seismic coefficient is increased, the phenomena of hollowing, cracking and falling can be effectively solved, an alkali-free formula is adopted,only water needs to be added during use, glue does not need to be added, and the safety after use is guaranteed.
